After a successful career in the events industry, including managing an event venue and business developer for a corporate events department, I always kept one foot in the nightlife scene as a shot girl. I’ve always loved the energy, flexibility, and creativity of that environment. Combining my business experience with my passion for industries that create memorable customer experiences felt like a natural next step.

Brendan Co-Founder
I’ve spent the past decade in hospitality, working my way up from glass collector to general manager. In that time, I’ve seen nearly every side of the industry—from lively pubs to refined cocktail bars—always striving to learn more and deliver better. Hospitality has never been just a job; it’s been my life.
With Poise, I’ve channelled that experience into something new. My partners and I saw a gap for people like us—those who’ve lived the industry from the ground up. Together, we’re combining our skills to build an agency that truly understands what hospitality professionals need because we’ve been there ourselves.

After years of serving as Mum’s personal bodyguard, it was time to put my skills to professional use, so I became Head of Security at Poise Promotions.
My duties include sniffing out potential threats, keeping a close eye on Mum and Uncle Brendan while they work, and ensuring the office remains a bark-free zone of productivity.
